Fees & Insurance

Session Fee

Individual Therapy – $175 (50 minutes)

Hypnotherapy – $400 first session (2 hours), $350 all subsequent sessions (1.5 hours)

Insurance​

I am currently paneled with Aetna insurance in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, & Washington. I am out of network provider with all other insurance companies and states. Feel free to contact me about the process of inquiring with your insurance company about receiving out of network benefits.

Practice Policies

Sessions

I’m currently offering in person and telehealth sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between the hours of 9am-3pm ET.  How often we meet is decided between the two of us. I meet with clients weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed. At times I have also met with clients multiple times throughout the week.

Cancellations

I request 24 hour notice for any scheduling changes and/or cancellations. I do charge the session amount if I am not given 24 hour notice.

If you need to change the day or time of your session feel free to reach out to me as soon as you know and we can work something out. I try to be as flexible as possible.

Referrals

Please feel free to talk to me if you don’t feel we are a good fit. I am happy to refer you to another another clinician. I will not take it personally and find it most important that you work with a clinician with whom you feel comfortable.
